New Delhi: JioStar is seeking a hefty ad rate of Rs 500 per CPM for India matches of the ICC Champions Trophy on Hotstar, while the CPM rate for the entire tournament is a more modest Rs 250. With six India matches scheduled out of 15 league games, the ad rate for targeted mid-roll ads during these matches climbs even higher, reaching Rs 750 per CPM (Live+PPL).

New Delhi: Top broadcasters – JioStar, Sony and Zee – heralded in 2025 with new rate cards for their channels and sought a significant hike in MRPs and bouquet pricing. For the first time, JioStar broke the ceiling of Rs 19 for a couple of SD channels and priced them at Rs 25. The broadcaster priced the SD versions of Colors Kannada and Maa TV at Rs 25, thus making them available only on an a-la-cart basis.

New Delhi: The first impact of the merger between Reliance’s media businesses and Disney Star was felt on Saturday with the announcement of the revised MRPs of television channels. In its latest Reference Interconnection Offer (RIO) uploaded on the JioStar website, the company has listed 134 channels along with their revised maximum retail price. Out of 134 channels, JioStar owns 85 SD, 44 HD, and 5 FTA channels across genres.
