AbstractBackground Only a minority of patients (20%) with Human Papillomavirus (HPV) 16-positive recurrent/metastatic (R/M) head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) responds to first-line (1L) monotherapy with pembrolizumab, and no approved therapies exist targeting HPV+ disease specifically. Eseba-vec (previously known as HB-200) utilizes arenavirus vectors to induce potent HPV-16 E6 and E7-specific CD8 T-cell responses.

Coder, the self-hosted “Cloud Development Environment” (CDE) has just announced version 2.0 of its product, which includes new Dev Container support and integration with JFrog’s artifact repository. To discuss the latest in Coder.com, I spoke to co-founder and CTO Kyle Carberry and new CEO Robert Whiteley. When it comes to CDEs, SaaS products like GitHub Codespaces seem to be the standard in this market — in other words, not self-hosted.

We work with a lot of Terraform users to orchestrate and deploy application environments. As part of the deployment process, we saw a recurring challenge among Terraform users. A number of transient errors with Terraform or the cloud service provider caused specific commands to fail. Even though simply retrying the Terraform command tends to fix the problem, it was still just as frustrating to our team as it was to the Terraform users we worked with.

If software is eating the world, then open source is eating software. Linux is the dominant operating system, and progressively more enterprise applications are being built with high percentages of open source code. In response, the U.S. government has prioritized the adoption of open source software (OSS) in federal agencies. Teams in the national security and defense agencies have long been using OSS for cybersecurity and rapid response software-oriented problem-solving.
