This most recentsemiannual pricing of SBIC standard debentures reflected anincrease to the rate set in September 2024 of 4.38%. Despite thisincrease, this pricing remains below the rate set in March 2024 of5.035%. The SBIC standard debenture rate is set based on a market-drivenpremium to 10-Year Treasury Notes.
