    Fire Force Season 3, Episode 1 "Indomitable Resolve" kicked off the shonen anime's final season with one of the best anime plot twists of 2025. The jam-packed premiere delivered everything fans were hoping to see and more.     Nothing is ever more exciting than discovering brand-new anime series, especially ones that are not based on a manga. Netflix’s Moonrise is one such series, based on Tou Ubukata’s novel. An ambitious WIT Studios adaptation, the anime series is a space opera through and through, delivering some of the greatest anime action sequences on a grand scale. Yet Moonrise is not without its flaws. The sci-fi epic unfolds over the course of 18 episodes, an odd number for any series.
