Tanzania is accelerating its efforts toward generating diesel and jet fuel using natural gas as investors are now moving ahead to conduct a feasibility study before building a processing plant. Dar es Salaam. The Tanzanian stock market is still waiting for some telecommunication companies to comply with the legal requirement to list on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE). In line with the Electronic and Postal Communications Act (EPOCA), 2010, non-state-owned telecom operators are obliged to sell at least 25 percent of their shares to the public through DSE.

Dar es Salaam. The government on Wednesday outlined priorities for the Energy ministry which is planning to spend 95 percent of its next budget for development projects. Government statistics indicate that the number of projects and jobs created and size of injected capital increased from 1996 when the Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC) started keeping records until 2016 when numbers dropped significantly. However, there are notable rebounds in all the three aspects used to measure investment performance.
