    FARGO (KVRR/KFGO) – A Fargo man will spend over seven years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple counts of sexual misconduct with two 14-year-old girls, and terrorizing with a dangerous weapon.   Carter Hammer admitted to having sex with one of the girls several times last summer while she was 14 and 15, saying the two were in a ‘situationship,’ and the sex was consensual. He also admitted to knowing how old she was.

    MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — A grand jury has indicted Jerome Anthony Thomas III on charges of Second Degree Murder with Intent, Attempted First Degree Murder and Attempted Second Degree murder in the death of James Hamilton. Moorhead Police were dispatched on the morning of April 13th around 9:30 AM to the area of 2701 14th Street South for a call of shots fired. when they arrived they found 39-year-old Hamilton in the driveway with an apparent gunshot wound to the head.

    CASS COUNTY, N.D. (KVRR) — A man is dead after his cement truck was struck by a semi at an intersection in rural Cass County Wednesday night. The crash occured just before 8:30 PM at the intersection of Highway 18 and County Road 26. The driver of the cement truck failed to stop and the intersection, and was struck by the semi. The driver of the cement truck died at the scene. The driver of the semi was taken to Sanford Hospital in Fargo for non-life-threatening injuries.
