Republic of Korea (ROK) Armed Forces officials said all ID photos have been made invisible on the military’s Onnara System intranet, the Korea Times reported.

After nearly 18 months of displacement, starvation and genocidal violence, minimal attention has been paid to the bloody conflict still raging across Sudan – nor to the powers fuelling it. An overarching narrative of ‘just another Sub-Saharan civil war’, this time between the Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) and Rapid Support Forces (RSF) paramilitaries, has set in.

Whether it be the EU charging Elon Musk for letting disinformation run wild on X or Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s data-sharing scandal hearing in front of the US Senate, social media moguls are no strangers to confrontations with governments. Until now, however, none had faced serious legal action – let alone law enforcement officers at an airport. On Saturday (24 August), French authorities bucked this trend and arrested Telegram co-founder Pavel Durov at Paris’ Le Bourget Airport.

Read the Mill's account of the highly emotional two-week inquest into Charlotte's death, which I attended alongside her family and @gcnchambers' barrister Lily Lewis.

See below the @ManchesterMill's long read on the inquest into the tragic death of Charlotte Parry, whose family was represented by GCN's @LilianLewis. Words by @jackdulhanty. https://t.co/LHiz4Vc1Rh

On the 36th anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster, Garden Court North pays tribute to the victims and families. https://t.co/HDJosjV16c

Words by me and Pete Weatherby KC, who represented 22 of the Hillsborough families at fresh inquests in 2016. That inquest corrected one of the worst miscarriages of justice in UK history. Now, the @MoJGovUK looks to defang the very law that would prevent it happening again.

Amid reports of watered down government draft provisions, bereaved families call for an "all or nothing" Hillsborough Law with a Duty of Candour. @INQUEST_ORG hosted the 'Family Listening Day', co-sponsored by @MoJGovUK and supported by @NowHillsborough. https://t.co/obH9CXRQYZ
