According to the report, the Sixth Sense star (37) is facing charges for an arrest last week, Tuesday, April 8, at Mammoth Lakes, California. He was taken into custody at the local ski resort. There, he was booked for public intoxication. He was also booked for possession of an unidentified controlled substance, according to the TMZ report. Shortly after the arrest, he was released.
