State officials have agreed to boost CO and sergeant pay grades by one grade each, giving COs about $4,000 more per year and sergeants about $5,000 more. Additionally, COs and sergeants will be made eligible for “geographic pay” — $5,000 extra per year for working at facilities far from their homes.
