For the sixth of eight Signature Events this season, the PGA TOUR is hosting the Truist Championship this week. This event was formerly known as the Wells Fargo Championship and the Truist Championship will be played at the Wissahickon Course (par 70, 7,119 yards, bentgrass greens) of the Philadelphia Cricket Club in Flourtown, Pennsylvania. This will be the venue’s debut at the PGA TOUR level and there will be a limited field of 72 golfers competing for a $20 million purse.

The PGA TOUR is hosting THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson this week at TPC Craig Ranch (par 71, 7,569 yards, bentgrass greens) in McKinney, Texas. This is the fifth straight year this tournament has been played at TPC Craig Ranch and Taylor Pendrith (-23) is the defending champion of THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson. For this week, there will be 156 golfers competing and a standard top-65 and ties cut following the first two rounds.

The PGA TOUR will be hosting the team-based Zurich Classic of New Orleans this week, which has been the home of this event since 2005. This has been a team-based event since 2017, but before that, the Zurich Classic was a standard full-sized tournament. This week, there will be 80 two-player teams competing and there will be a top-33 and ties cut following the first two rounds. The first and third rounds will be best ball format, and the second and fourth rounds will be alternate shot.

Following the Masters, we have another huge tournament up next with the RBC Heritage at Harbour Town Golf Links (par 71, 7,213 yards, POA Trivialis greens) in Hilton Head, South Carolina. As one of the PGA TOUR’s eight Signature Events, the RBC Heritage features all the PGA TOUR’s best players competing for a purse of $20 million. There will be 72 golfers competing this week and there will be no cut.
