It’s Switch 2 launch day, and that means a new console — and some new accessories as well to go with it. No, I haven’t purchased a Switch 2 yet — in line with Kidman’s Law Of Buying New Consoles At Launch — but with a little help from a friend who has ignored that law, I was at least able to see how it works within the case:Et voila. No, I’m not doing a full Switch 2 review; this isn’t my Switch 2 to review. Support excellent local Australia gaming sites and go read their coverage. It’ll be great.

I often rail against the reliance on AI or its overhyping as a feature on tech gadgets. This very much sums up why (and I wish I’d written it myself!)It’s 2025, which means that every single gadget you can buy will all but certainly have some level of AI hype attached to it. I see it a lot in smartphones and laptops and the like, but it’s even down to the level of toothbrushes.
