A Flood Watch remains in effect through 10 p.m. this evening for portions of southwest Virginia and southeast Kentucky. This includes the following counties in Virginia: Buchanan, Dickenson, Tazewell, Smyth and Grayson. In Kentucky, Leslie, Letcher and Pike counties are also included. The Storm Team 11 forecast calls for a 60% chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms this evening. Isolated flash flooding in low-lying areas will remain a possibility thanks to repeated rounds of heavy rainfall.
