A Conway Police sergeant suffered severe injuries in a house fire on Saturday. Sgt. Chris Johnson of the Conway Police Department is currently receiving urgent medical care for injuries following a fire at his family’s Aynor home. The home was destroyed according to a fundraiser page set up for Johnson and his family. A social media post from who appears to be Johnson’s daughter said that the officer was being treated at a burn unit and is on a ventilator.
