To the Editor:I was a member of the 19th Charter Revision Commission in Stamford and proud of it!My family goes back generations in Stamford. To the Editor:Mustapha Ratib, a candidate with a background in finance and extensive experience in our town, is a compelling choice for the North Stonington Town Treasurer. His qualifications, including being a federally licensed enrolled agent with the IRS, ten years of service on the Board of Finance, and previous experience as the Town Treasurer, make him well-prepared for the role.
