MESA, AZ (AZFamily) —A motorcycle rider is lucky to be alive after being cut off and thrown off her bike on a Mesa freeway earlier this month. She’s now asking for help identifying the driver, whom she says ran over her and drove away. Mikayla Dominguez is now bedridden, recovering from several fractures in her feet after the collision. The 26-year-old says on Tuesday, April 15, around 11 p.m., she was cut off by a car and thrown off her motorcycle on the Loop 202 near Dobson Road.
