Left-handed pitcher Bo Holloway from Nolensville, Tenn., announced his commitment to Vanderbilt. He is the top-ranked player from Tennessee and the number nine overall player in the country. During the 2024 season with Nolensville High School, Holloway had a 1.79 ERA and 94 strikeouts. He finished with a 7-2 record.

ATLANTA, Ga. – On Tuesday, the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and Georgia Bulldogs clashed in a big-time midweek matchup at Truist Park, the usual home of the Atlanta Braves. Georgia got win number 33 of the season, defeating Georgia Tech 5-2. The Georgia Bulldogs struck first early on in the first inning. First baseman Ryland Zaborowski got a base hit into left field to score Slate Alford.

They secured a series win with a 4-2 victory on Saturday and then an 8-4 win on Friday. These wins moved Auburn to 25-10 overall and well above .500 in SEC play. The Tigers have been playing great baseball as of late. Prior to this LSU series, they had a midweek win over a good Georgia Tech team in Atlanta and won last weekend’s series against their rival, the Alabama Crimson Tide.

    About 2 minutes reading time. On Friday, the Yale Bulldogs got a 3-0 win over the Columbia Lions. This win came in large part from a complete game shutout from starting pitcher Jack Ohman. In the nine full innings he pitched, Ohman threw six strikeouts and had no walks. When the game was all said and done, he threw 115 total pitches. The win moved Ohman’s record to 5-0 this season. He has a 0.19 ERA in 47.1 innings of work.
