Pediatricians at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital are seeing seasonal allergies, with symptoms including puffy, red, watery eyes, sneezing, and a runny or stuffy nose. They’re also seeing hand, foot and mouth, ear infections and viral upper respiratory infections.
