From biographies of designers to stories of kids finding clothing to fit their identities, there are so many amazing and informative picture books about fashion. Just like literally millions of other readers, I am completely hooked on The Empyrean Series by Rebecca Yarros. And what could be better to read than a cozy, cottagecore picture book on a freezing, cold day? I think we all know the meaning of cozy, but cottagecore is a more recent term that was coined in 2018 and popularized in 2020. It basically describes an aesthetic that idealizes a European countryside aesthetic and lifestyle.
