    But, why? When the new Holder of the Butterfly Miraculous ultra-akumatizes her victims, there is no indication of her identity. She does not identify herself to her victims as Gabriel Agreste did, nor does she even have a very visible shape - she is a mysterious outline, and her voice is disguised. Even when her plans are defeated, the audience does not see her as she angrily stalks away the way we did when it was Gabriel.

    For us Muggles looking for another glimpse of the Wizarding World, our wait may not be too long in the coming:  HBO is actively working on a Harry Potter TV series. J.K. Rowling, the author of the best-selling books and executive producer for the upcoming television series, is pleased with the direction this new endeavor is taking, saying it is “preserving the integrity" [of her books] and "will allow for a degree of depth and detail only afforded by a long-form television series".

    Many of us watch the Super Bowl for the commercials, no matter which teams are playing. This year’s offerings haven’t disappointed me, especially seeing the movie trailers. Watching some of these makes me a lot more excited to go to a theater than wondering who is going to win the big game! How To Train Your Dragon (June 13) Real-life Mason Thames,  playing the Viking Hiccup, meets animated Toothless in the trailer that dropped tonight.

    Well, another year has come and gone. The movie industry is cautiously optimistic despite the lower box-office numbers compared to 2023, feeling that there is an upswing after the devastating years of Covid-related low attendance, straight-to-streaming, and the writers’ and actors’ strikes. 2024 was able to produce quality movie making, and by the second half of the year, people began going back to the theaters. Here we will take a look at the top seven movies of 2024.
