The is represents the combined capital expenditure for the development and establishment of the two new-build properties. Both deals are franchise agreements with IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s largest hospitality companies.

Azrapart owns 50% of the 178 000 square metre shopping centre alongside embattled Accelerate Property Fund. The company has one director, Michael Georgiou, who is also a non-executive director and former CEO of Accelerate.
