Allie is a Senior Policy Analyst on the Health Policy team. She is a health policy researcher who specializes in Medicaid and other public health insurance programs. She comes to CBPP with over eight years of health policy experience, with seven years holding various roles at Georgetown Center on Children and Families (CCF). During her time at CCF, Allie's portfolio covered Medicaid and CHIP eligibility and enrollment policy and section 1115 demonstrations as well as working closely with state partners to provide technical assistance. She conducted an annual survey of state Medicaid and CHIP eligibility and enrollment policies in partnership with KFF and helped oversee CCF’s analysis on the unwinding of the Medicaid continuous enrollment provision. She also led CCF’s work on military families, specifically looking at access to care in TRICARE for children and pregnant people in active-duty families. Allie received her B.S. in Economics from the University of Alabama and her M.P.P. from Georgetown University. Source
