A well-known local literary figure will present new and selected works at a full-circle event. This year’s Earth Day observation on Friday, April 25 will mark the 50th anniversary of the day’s inaugural celebration of environment conservation, stewardship and climate action. Otsego County Conservation Association President Donna Vogler said the agency will present its annual Earth Festival from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 26 at Milford Central School. Also that day, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., OCCA is hosting a drive-thru drop-off recycling site at Wilber Park in Milford.
