Netflix subscribers can sit back and relax with five new streaming titles this weekend. After stocking everything from Tina Fey’s The Four Seasons to Full Speed Season 2 earlier this month, the streamer is crossing four Netflix originals and one licensed title off the May 2025 content list this weekend. Netflix offers three subscription plans – the standard with ads plan ($7.99 per month), the standard plan ($17.99 per month), and the premium plan ($24.99 per month).

Night Court is no longer in session at NBC. The network has canceled the multi-camera comedy after just three seasons, Deadline reported Friday. The cancellation news came just days after Night Court aired its cliffhanger Season 3 finale, “A Decent Proposal,” Tuesday. Although that episode now serves as the series finale, Warner Bros. Television, which produces the show, reportedly plans to shop the Melissa Rauch-led sitcom to other outlets, multiple sites reported.

Melanie Scrofano is returning to Syfy this summer. Five years after Wynonna Earp wrapped its four-season run on the network, and after Scrofano reprised her role as the titular character in Tubi’s movie Wynonna Earp: Vengeance last year, the actress is set to star in Syfy’s upcoming supernatural horror noir series Revival. I can’t get over that #Yellowjackets Season 3 finale and how the Pit Girl scene in the series premiere is essentially Shauna’s romanticization of it and their time in the wilderness rather than the tragedy it actually was for the rest of the team.

I’m not even sure how to function after that #Yellowjackets episode

I desperately need next week’s episode of #YellowJackets after that cliffhanger.
