Students voice impact of involvement by faculty The National Speech and Debate Association has honored two individuals from the San Juan County area who are making an impact in their schools in the extracurricular activity. Heather Henegar, principal at Ladera Del Norte Elementary School, was recognized as the 2025 New Mexico Administrator of the Year. Jennifer Kaskalla, assistant to the dean of instruction at Navajo Preparatory School, was named 2025 Assistant Coach of the Year.
