Dear EditorThank you to Dr. Mintzker for the rapid response to our study [1]. Our study is a registry-based case-control study nested in a nationwide cohort. Thus, a cohort study would have been based on the exact same data as the data foundation of the current study, thereby yielding the same conclusions. Conditional logistic regression yields hazard ratios and not odds ratios, please refer to the following reference for more information [2].
