Annalise Braakensiek, who also starred on Play Your Cards Right with Bruce Forsyth and was an Australian model, passed away in January 2019. The alarm was raised when the 46 year old stopped replying to messages, leading friends to contact the police who discovered her at her Sydney home.

A man has been denied travel abroad after his surname was deemed too rude to be written on an official passport. Kenny Kennard legally changed his surname to 'Fu-Kennard' as a joke a few years ago, but has now backfired. Despite the former soldier getting a driving license under his new name, he has been told he cannot have it on a passport. After his passport expired earlier this year, he soon applied for a new one but his application was denied because his name "may cause offence".

A man who was refused a passport after changing his name by deed poll has vowed not to back down. Former soldier Kenny Kennard is facing holidays on home soil after changing his surname to ‘Fu-Kennard’ a few years ago. The supermarket worker, from Cornwall, applied for a new travel document after his passport expired earlier this year. But he was shocked to discover his application had been rejected by the Home Office because his new moniker “may cause offence”.

Carla Lister, who lives with son Tyler in Rochdale, Manchester, did the amazing makeover by herself in just a WEEK. The DIY dab hand dug out her tools after "feeling spontaneous" and began the labour of love which cost £400 in total, including the booze.
