Windsor residents should be prepared to pay more for water and sewer service come July 1. In a 4-0 vote, the Windsor Town Council approved a 6% increase for water rates and 11% wastewater rate Wednesday night. Council member Mike Wall was absent. The increases mean a typical Windsor household can expect to pay $3.24 more per month for water and $8.82 more per month for wastewater, bringing average monthly water bills to $38.85 and average monthly sewer bills to $94.07.
