Experiment 1 discussion Experiment 1 explored several potential factors influencing the perceived severity of microaggressions. Although preliminary analysis suggested significantly higher severity ratings for WP versus POC for certain vignettes, further analysis showed that this effect was explained by differences in political orientation.
