    As a plus-size woman, I am appalled by the apathy of the fashion industries. I find it surprising that despite their ‘big frames’, how till today, plus-size people (here I would like to refer to girls/women) are dehumanized. They are looked down upon, ill-treated, and constantly criticized. The circulating jokes everywhere sound so mean and crude. I mean, how can you completely nullify a person by such redundant standards? And, by disrespecting others, how can you rise and shine?
