Windschitl reminded people to physically distance themselves, wash hands, not touch your face, and stay home. He also called on the city to share supplies and check in on friends and neighbors who may be at higher-risk.

    WAYZATA – Not long ago, restrictions on social gatherings weren’t commonplace like they are today, with COVID-19 dominating headlines. Today, funeral directors say they’re dealing with an ever-changing set of rules surrounding end-of-life procedures. The Minnesota Department of Health said people can go to funerals, but limits attendees, which must stand six feet apart, to 10. The ruling came after a brief period suspending all funeral services.

It’s one of the 13-year-old Chaskan’s favorite 4-H activities, along with llama obstacle courses and showmanship competitions.     A Minnesota Board of Medical Practice investigation into COVID-19 misinformation by Sen. Scott Jensen (R-Chaska) has been dismissed, according to a Minnesota State Senate press release. In late June, Dr. Jensen said the board had put his license under review for public comments, accusing him of reckless advice and misinformation. The board’s executive director, Ruth Martinez, could not confirm either the initiation or end of the investigation, or any other information regarding the alleged case.
