A family whose luggage went missing nine months ago say they are “extremely disappointed” with Aer Lingus’s customer service because they have yet to receive any compensation or explanation about what happened. Thomas McCarthy, his wife Rachel and their one-year-old son Teddy, from Castleconnell, Co Limerick, flew from Dublin to Kos in Greece last July 2 for their first holiday since Teddy was born.
