ABSTRACTScholars have recently emphasized the importance of siblings in the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) people. However, most of this literature assumed that these siblings are heterosexual and cisgender. This study considers how LGBTQ siblings may impact the experiences of LGBTQ youth, particularly as the youth navigates cisnormativity and heteronormativity within the family.

Introduction Emergent reef habitats comprise a significant proportion of many reef systems (Roelfsema et al., 2018; Roelfsema et al., 2021) yet they remain understudied and under-represented in long-term monitoring (LTM) programmes (Mellin et al., 2020). Access to these shallow and exposed reefs is difficult using traditional survey methods (such as SCUBA or snorkelling).
