1. IntroductionThe worldwide population is growing older, especially in certain regions such as the south of Spain [1]. The development of new tools to support the work of formal caregivers in retirement homes (homes where older people live together to be cared for) in certain monotonous tasks motivates the use of different technologies, which usually fall under the term Ambient Assisted Living (AAL).
