AbstractIncomplete mapping of gene expression within human (epiphyseal) growth plates contributes to the challenges of diagnosing and treating patients with skeletal growth disorders. To address this issue, we applied spatially resolved transcriptomics to rare growth plate biopsies obtained from healthy adolescents.
