ABSTRACTThis study utilized an in-situ vaporization strategy to investigate the effects of various metal modifications in enhancing the catalytic activity of Ni/Al2O3. The multiple catalysts were prepared by using the coprecipitation-impregnation approach, and hydrogen production took place in a fixed-bed reactor. Hydrogen yield, selectivity and carbon deposition were the main evaluation criteria for analyzing the performance of the modified catalysts.
