I’m relatively new to the vegan gluten free eating lifestyle. I changed my diet about 18 months ago to address some health challenges. I prefer to make my own food but sometimes my schedule doesn’t permit it. I regularly find myself in restaurants having to navigate the culinary landscape that is most often, and predominately, full of meat, dairy and flour. Not just in the United States but in other countries as well. And the landscape is treacherous. I’m serious.
