INTRODUCTION: Synovial sarcoma is one of the most common soft tissue sarcomas in children. Guidelines regarding the adequate extent of resection margins and the role of re-resection are lacking. We sought to evaluate the adequate resection margin and the role of re-resection in predicting outcomes in children with synovial sarcomas.

Patients with hepatoblastoma (HB) have a higher risk of congenital heart defects (CHD). There is limited literature on the management and outcomes of these patients. The purpose of this study was to identify demographics and outcomes of these patients in a single tertiary referral center. An Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved retrospective chart review of patients with newly diagnosed HB from October 2004 to January 2021 was performed.
