    (PINPOINT WEATHER) — Good evening and happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there!After a cloudy day across the Carolinas, we are expecting a significant amount of rain to move into the region overnight and continue all day long on Monday with some isolated strong storms as well. After more rain on Tuesday, we should dry out with warmer temperatures for the mid-week as well. Later in the week warmer temperatures along with some isolated thunderstorms as well.

    We have been dealing with some scattered wet weather across the Carolinas this afternoon that should start to fade later this evening and overnight. Thursday we are watching for potential strong storms in the afternoon as an area of low pressure starts to develop. Mother’s Day Weekend is looking generally dry though some showers are possible on Sunday. Early next week looks wet as a slow-moving upper-level low swings through the region keeping our temperatures cool.

    (PINPOINT WEATHER) — Good evening and happy Sunday funday! As we close out the weekend, we have been treated to some fabulous weather across the Carolinas with more on the way as we head into the week. The first half of the upcoming week will be wonderful with low humidity along with highs in the mid to upper 70s. Starting Thursday and continuing into the weekend, we are expecting shower chances to start moving up thanks to a stalling trough to our west.
