Dartford Football Club have announced that Manager Ady Pennock, his backroom staff and striker Callum Jones, have all signed contract extensions to keep them at the club. In a major statement of intent for next season, Ady put pen to paper to extend his contract, with all of his backroom staff agreeing to stay on, too. And in a further boost to his future plans, crowd favourite Callum Jones agreed to sign again, as Ady looks to build on the momentum from the season.

Prince’s will stage the 53rd Walker Cup between Great Britain and Ireland and the United States of America in 2030. The renowned venue on the glorious Kent coastline will host the biennial team contest for the first time. Prince’s staged The Open in 1932 – famously won by Gene Sarazen – and hosted Final Qualifying for The Open from 2018 to 2022.

McKenzie follows goalkeeper Glenn Morris in agreeing a new deal at Priestfield after a decent season with The Gills. Kent Cricket have confirmed the loan signing of Essex bowling all-rounder Jamal Richards for Kent’s next two Rothesay County Championship fixtures. A product of the Essex Academy, fast bowler Richards made his first-class debut for the county against Ireland before their Test Series with England in 2023, taking 5-94 in his first first-class innings with the ball. The 21-year-old is included in Kent Men’s squad to face Middlesex in the County Championship at Lord’s, beginning this Friday.
