    Dassault Aviation (DAB, Paris Le Bourget) will begin manufacturing Falcon 2000LXS business jets in India in a joint venture with Reliance Aerostructure Limited. It will be the first time the manufacturer has built the Falcon 2000 jets outside France. Dassault expects to have its first Indian-manufactured 2000LXS in the air by 2028.

    Philippine Airlines (PR, Manila Ninoy Aquino International) has rebranded its freight and logistics business division into PAL Cargo. The company announced the rebrand at a June 16, 2025, launch event in Manila. The airline wanted to "refresh the brand to reflect everything that is going on in the cargo industry and show that PAL Cargo is right up there and is worthy of the same branding as the rest of the business," said the carrier's president, Richard Nuttall.

    Aviation Joint Stock Company (JSC), formerly known as Sovico Aviation JSC, has increased its stake in VietJet Aviation JSC trading as VietJetAir (VJ, Hanoi Noi Bai International), to 5.92%. Aviation JSC acquired 25 million shares on June 12, 2025, according to regulatory filings. It formerly held 10 million shares, a 1.69% shareholding in the airline.

    The CEO of Capital A, owner of AirAsia (AK, Kuala Lumpur International), says his top priority is to complete the company's restructuring. New aircraft orders can placed within the next one to three months, once the restructuring is over. Tony Fernandes told Reuters this after the Paris Air Show came and went without AirAsia announcing a new order, as widely anticipated. "We want to make sure we clear out of our restructuring (first)," he told the news agency.

    Lulutai Airlines (L8, Tongatapu) is breaking even after years of losses, the Kaniva Tonga digital newspaper reports citing Tonga's deputy prime minister, Taniela Fusimalohi. At the same time, the government has reportedly ruled out additional funding any loans for the airline in this year's budget, saying there was enough interest from potential investors in the private sector.
