#FlyTogether beating #LetsGoOilers in three of four is a big sign of progress. They got it packed in all four times last year. Aggregate count was 26-8 if I remember correctly. Yikes. Big turnaround to beat them in three of four, if they can hang on here.

Just re-watched Cutter's first goal, man what a pass by Leo. The trifecta: perfect touch, timing and placement. The pass got just outside Kulak's stick and Rodrigue had no chance.

The officials seem to have swallowed their whistles in this one. Fairly obvious calls missed both ways. Lot of little dirty stuff in the trenches. Not surprising that tempers boiled over a little.

One guy who was on board the Foegele train was #FlyTogether coach Greg Cronin. A couple times last year he was careful to include Foegele in guys to watch for Edmonton, even amid all their bigger names. Said he was very impressed with Foegele's puck protection.

Grand total of 22 penalty minutes dished out there. 14 for Strome. Two apiece for Helleson, Vatrano, Janmark and Kapanen. Net effect is a double-minor for #FlyTogether. #LetsGoOilers with a big chance after the intermezzo here.
