RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - When the World Longhorn Qualifying Show makes its way to the Central States Fair every year, you can expect to find Murdo’s Nix family in attendance. STURGIS, S.D. (KOTA) - Nearly every season that Sturgis football coach Chris Koletzky has been at the helm, the Scoopers have improved. Last season, in his 9th year as head coach, he led the program to their best record in his tenure. They went 6-3, and were a hail-mary stop away from defeating Huron and going 7-2. “Every since Koletzky has come in it’s really started piecing together piece by piece, obviously last year being our best year,” Sturgis senior tight end Dalyn Dschaak said.
