Electric vehicles comprise 2 percent of commercial vehicle sales in the U.S. By 2030, BloombergNEF projects that number to balloon to 24 percent. Additionally, EV commercial fleets will add more than 400,000 commercial vehicles to the market in the next five years—an eightfold increase over today’s numbers.
