    I took the Law School Admissions Test — otherwise known as the LSAT, or my worst enemy — three times — once just over a year ago on Feb. 9, again on April 11 and one final time on June 5 of last year. Like everyone else who takes the LSAT, I wanted to be one and done. A friend convinced me to take it in February, and I studied for over a year in preparation. Her advice was good, and I encourage others to seriously consider taking the exam in February.

    Rio Tinto has welcomed a Federal Government announcement of a $2 billion investment to incentivise the use of renewable energy by Australia’s aluminium industry. The investment will come in the form of tax credits that will support the switch to renewable energy by aluminium smelters before 2036, and facilities will be eligible for support for every tonne of aluminium produced over the next decade.

    Kongsberg Defence Australia (KDA), the local subsidiary of Norwegian defence giant KONGSBERG, has won its first export order for Naval Strike Missile (NSM) command and control consoles. The order from NATO member Poland will see the consoles used for that country’s Coastal Defence System (CDS), a land-based system of vehicle-launched NSMs designed to defend against maritime threats.
