The Culinary Workers Union Local 226 represents the interests of about 60,000 workers in the city and is working alongside the Nevada Resorts Association to re-establish a court process to ban unruly individuals from the Strip. This decision was only made on Saturday, the final day of the current legislative session, so operators were largely blindsided. Governor JB Pritzker is set to sign the $55.2bn budget into law in the coming days.
