I chose this video to share for two reasons. First, I’m interested in how people with different kinds of disabilities have different “origin stories” for their disabilities. It’s especially interesting to me how people disabled by injury have actual stories about them, while people like me, who were born with our disabilities, have a harder time tying our experience to any single event.
