Out of 22,700 companies scored, only eight companies globally received the best Triple A rating across climate, forests and water security. Metsä Board, part of Metsä Group, was one of these eight companies and the only forest industry company among these highest scored companies.

The Sustainable Biomass Program (SBP) has announced the publication of two Interim Regional Risk Assessments (RRAs), covering British Columbia and Alberta forests (available here). These Interim RRAs developed in accordance with the RRA Procedure v2.0, will support Certificate Holders in implementing risk mitigation measures and enable Certification Bodies to certify them until SBP-endorsed RRAs for these regions are available.
