1. IntroductionNeurons are fundamental units in the assembly, structure, and function of the brain (Luo, 2021). Realistically visualizing neurons requires researchers to conduct a detailed investigation of each subassembly, with its intricate and exquisite architecture, especially during the complex and rapidly changing development period (Semple et al., 2013; Lim et al., 2018; Cadwell et al., 2019).
