    Both victims are male and sustained minor injuries, officialssaid, adding the stabbings did not occur on school property. Police later added the injuries are not considered life-threatening. Police say the stabbings involved “multiple” suspects wearing all black at the time of the incident. On Tuesday morning Toronto police said more than one person had been arrested in connection to the stabbings but did not share any further information.

    Premier Doug Ford is moving ahead with his idea to tunnel under Highway 401, putting out a call for contractors to study the feasibility of a big dig to help ease traffic congestion. The request for proposals (RFP) for a feasibility study looking into tunnelling under the 401 from Mississauga to Scarborough was posted on Monday, seeking bids on a two-year study.
