The Administrative Review Tribunal replaces the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, with new features and a detailed transition process. After months of anticipation, the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) has finally come into existence, replacing the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). It is intended to be "user-focused, efficient, accessible, independent and fair" and is the most significant reform to Australian federal administrative review for decades.
